About Me

I’m a qualified Nutritional Therapist with a First-Class BSc (Hons) degree from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and the University of Portsmouth.

I believe food is far more than fuel, it’s the foundation of how we feel, think, and thrive.

Before training as a Nutritional Therapist, I spent over 20 years creating world-class visitor experiences, leading high-performing teams, and helping people feel connected, supported, and empowered.

Now, I bring that same people-first approach into my nutrition practice, combining science with strategy to help clients feel more in control of their health.

I’m a Visitor Experience Consultant and Producer with extensive experience in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry. I specialise in creating immersive, commercially successful experiences, from strategy, design, and new openings to staff development and operations, ensuring the visitor journey is considered at every stage.

Our Simple Six Step Process

Initial Enquiry / Discovery Call (Optional)

A short, free call to discuss your goals, answer questions, and decide whether Nutritional Therapy is right for you.

Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire

Before your first session, you’ll complete a detailed form about your health history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle, and goals.

This helps to understand the bigger picture and tailor your plan from day one.

Initial Consultation (60–90 minutes)

A deep dive into your health background and concerns.

Together we’ll identify key priorities and create a personalised plan and goals.

You’ll leave with practical, achievable steps, never overwhelming, always realistic.

Personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan

Your plan will be tailored to your unique needs and may include dietary adjustments, lifestyle recommendations, and (if appropriate) supplement guidance and test recommendations.

Follow-Up Consultations (30–45 minutes)

Scheduled every 3–6 weeks (or as needed).

We’ll review your progress, celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and adapt the plan so it fits your life.

Ongoing Support

Depending on your package, you’ll receive email check-ins, resources, and recipes.

The goal is to keep you motivated, supported, and confident as you make lasting changes.
